Success doesn’t just find you. You have to go out and get it – Summer Internship #7MED

Success doesn’t just find you. You have to go out and get it.

One of the most important experiences recommended as a postgraduate during your collegelife is to do an internship. Gaining work exposure, especially as a business student, is extremely important to boosting your employability. That’s why, after my second semester of MBA, I choose to do an internship at 7 Med India Private Limited as a financial trainee.

Dream it. Believe it. Build it.

Mr Mayank Sharma, Mr Vikas verma and Dr. Rakesh Thakur worked in Dialysis industry at National positions in Fresenius Medical Care and they worked in market research project. From that moment they decided to establish their own dialysis clinic chain. Another one is a doctor and a project manager who has expertise in the same sector and wanted to begin a business together. There is an enormous gap in demand and supply and then the opportunity called them and they jumped to do fill the gap.7med India is a patient centric organisation working through its Kidney Care Centres to meet the requirements of patients with renal failure through waste excretion and body fluids these patients’ Kidneys are unable to undertake the vital function of blood purification. This implies that these patients must attempt to purify their blood with the help of artificial kidneys outside their bodies.

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow

I’ve been working under Mr Jitendra Panchal and Mr Pradeep Singh, they always motivated me during my internship journey. Mentors work together with interns to accomplish certain tasks for the benefit of their organisation. As they work together, mentors provide guidance to the interns as well as evaluate for certain skill sets. I learnt lot of things like how to manage daily work, how to handle the pressure and some financial tips that helps for better understanding. My main responsibility at 7med is to preserve fixed assets.  Day by day I learn how to work on Tally (Tally Functioning Like-what are the features and uses of this software). Tally is a universal software that’s helps me for further opportunities. And I would like to thank 7med for the opportunity to work in a successful organisation.

At last, Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.
